Continuing and expounding on a few ideas explored on THE PASSION OF JOAN OF ARC and DOS MONJES, this recording is a meditation on the Lenten season and the current zeitgeist facing the world. The paradox of time, the wisdom of our ancestors, the passion and suffering of Christ, the mysteries of our existence and our search for meaning and purpose therein, our connection to the Universe and all that is being revealed, each answer opening many more doors of questions. The month of March has a particular meaning for me also reflected in this music.
